Kyle Soutar earned his Honours Bachelor in Commerce with Specialization in Accounting from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa and attained his designations as a Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Management Accountant. Over the past 5 years, Kyle has been accountable for carrying out a wide range of commercial processes as well as managed all financial aspects of a diverse and vast portfolio of nearly 40 properties and businesses. As the Director of Finance, Kyle provides strategic analyses for senior management to determine project and company profitability to better carry out the vision, commitments and goals of Sussex Retirement Living, aimed at ensuring the growth and success of Sussex Retirement Living.
