Director of Operations
Kyle Simourd graduated with honours and first class standing from Brock’s Goodman School of Business in 2009 with a double concentration in both marketing and international business. Kyle then became an asset manager for a diverse portfolio of properties and businesses. This portfolio comprises industrial, recreational, restaurant, office, and seniors’ housing ventures. Within Sussex, Kyle is responsible for overseeing operations, information and communications, while assisting in the identification and due diligence process for development and acquisition opportunities.
