Aurele Simourd brings over 40 years of commercial lending experience, having structured approximately $2 billion in loans for commercial real estate projects across a variety of industries, including healthcare. He is a former Vice President at Morguard, an expert in North American real estate ownership, investment and management with a portfolio valued at over $15 billion. Aurele is a Partner in multiple seniors housing projects in Ontario, where he oversees development activities. Aurele oversees the project development or acquisition of all Sussex projects and guides in the exit strategies.
